Shipping and Returns

Yandoit Creek Preserves offers two different shipping options. We use Australia Post when posting our goods and we offer a personal delivery service to a number of suburbs/towns in close proximity to our premises. Please see below for more information regarding these postal/delivery options.

Delivery by Australia Post

Delivery time will vary depending on where you live. We suggest checking the Australia Post website to see how long they quote for delivery to your area.

Australia Post charges vary depending on the weight of your parcel and your address. Our system is set up to automatically calculate your delivery charge based on these variables.

Orders being delivered via Australia Post can be tracked. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

NOTE: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us and re-delivery is required the shipping fee will be required again.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Delivery by Yandoit Creek Preserves

We also offer a $5 personal delivery service to some of our surrounding suburbs/towns.

If you're in an area serviced by Australia Post as well as our personal delivery service, both options will be offered at checkout.


NOTE: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us and re-delivery is required the shipping fee will be required again.


Orders will leave our Yandoit Hills premises within 3-5 business days.


NB: We do not operate over the weekend, therefore orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we are only able to ship within Australia at this stage.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unopened Products

Yandoit Creek Preserves will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 10 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return. To return a product, please contact us via our Contact page to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll advise the best address for you to send the products to. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser via the original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the courier.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
