Apples on the tree are a happy sight. I wonder if they have any idea how important they are to people. From Adam and Eve’s faux pas, to ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’, to Snow White’s wicked stepmother attempting to poison her, the apple has a big symbolic load to carry.
Luckily for the apple, all we ask it to do is release its pectin by meeting up with some water and a couple of secret ingredients, et voila, produce the best apple jelly ever.
